Haven't practiced in the past couple of days due to a hectic work schedule and cold-like symptoms. My social time has been filled with a visit from my boyfriend, and visits with a few friends to celebrate my birthday, which is Friday.

Talk about yourself as being healthy and never think about those other symptoms. You have always been healthy and you feel great!!
