My First Contest - Free CD and $5 gift card

If you are a You Tube friend of mine, especially in the makeup genre, then you are familiar with contests. Contests are a fun way to connect with like-minded bloggers and vloggers.
Any female 18 years of age or older may enter my contest. The rest of the rules are mentioned, and the prizes are mentioned in one of the two videos.

This is such a great contest - the only thing that really worries me is that people are going to look up bellydance moves and try to copy them without knowing the right basic posture, which can actually lead to serious injuries. A girl from my class seriously damaged her back by trying a very deep back bend she had seen a professional dancer make. And that's just one example. Without knowing how to tilt your pelvis you can easily hurt the lower back while bellydancing, and you need the right basic posture to give your hips the freedom to move. I'm just afraid people are going to step over the boundaries their bodies dictate in trying to bellydance, and are going to end up hurting themselves... Just something to think about. Maybe link to a video explaining the right basic dance posture?
